The Utah Bee Ranch is selective breeding our survivor stock to produce bees that are hardy in the harsh Utah climate.  We have selected hives that have routinely over wintered well, show good honey production, a gentle temperament, and varroa mite resistance.

In 2016 we will have a very limited amount of queens (virgin and bred) available.  If you are interested please let us know and we can put you on a list.

We will also have a limited number of nucs available starting the first week of May 2016.  Italian queen nucs are $150.00  Locally bred survivor stock queen nucs (feral) are $170.00.
